We look carefully at all our sourcing options across the full supply chain. It is important to us that we support British and local suppliers, using only British dairy items and always aiming for high welfare standards – our chicken is always at minimum Red Tractor approved.

The cooking oil we use on all of our units is always GM free, and our waste oil is collected and converted into biodiesel.
